ABOUT US

We’re a family-run, locally owned seafood business based in Narooma. With over 20 years of experience fishing the Eurobodalla coast, Ben McCulloch, together with Ingrid, Jake, and the whole family is dedicated to bringing you the freshest local catch.

Since opening in 2012, we’ve grown from the little boatshed by the bridge to a larger home on “the flat,” now a fresh looking seafood deli along with a brand new processing warehouse in the Industrial area to support our wholesale operations.

We fish from our own boats, the F.V. Talisman and newly acquired trawler F.V. Shira, and also source directly from other local boats. From lobsters and fresh local fish we have sashimi, smoked seafood, platters, flathead spring rolls and much more! We’re about keeping it local, fresh, and straight from the boat to you.

We have opened up a new retail store ‘on the flat’ in Narooma, opposite Big4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park. You can find all your favourite products here that you did at the Boatshed but with easier access and parking.

FRESH LOCALLY CAUGHT SEAFOOD

Our operation is equipped to fish for a variety of species, ensuring our customers have access to a wide selection of freshly caught fish throughout the year. As some species are seasonal, we encourage you to reach out to us to inquire about our current offerings. Our specialty lies in the Eastern Rock Lobster, of which we are the largest supplier spanning from Ulladulla to the Victorian border. Our Lobsters are maintained live in saltwater tanks and cooked fresh daily. The Eastern Rock Lobster season typically runs from December to May annually.

Supplying Fresh Australian Seafood

For over 30 years, Narooma Bridge Seafoods has been a trusted supplier of fresh Australian seafood. Our daily catch comes directly from our own boats, the ‘F.V Talisman’ and 'F.V Shira', while we also procure fresh catches from local boats spanning from Eden to Ulladulla. Every day, our processing team fillets all of our fish to ensure utmost freshness.

In addition to our catch, we work with local farmers to source fresh Wagonga Inlet Oysters, which we shuck daily. Customers can also purchase unopened oysters by the dozen or in bags.
